Fairfax also has quite a few honor societies including National Honor Society, Art, Thespian, Math, Music, Japanese, French, and Spanish honor societies.

The Career and Technical Education program (CTE) allows students to learn the technical applications of different occupations while preparing for either higher education or entering the workforce.

Falls Church High is also one of the Fairfax County Public Schools Academies .A high school academy is a center within an existing high school that offers advanced technical and specialized courses that integrate career and academic preparation.

Falls Church has a team for every athlete in every season.
